The Reflex Wall is attached to the wall for a compact, space-saving design.

Three Game Modes:
- Standard Mode: press as many lit buttons as possible during the training, 60 Seconds.
- Custom Program: the player can set the duration of the reaction time training (30 seconds to 5 minutes) and the number of seconds the button is lit (.5 to 3 seconds)
- Memory Mode: The task of memory mode is to increase the ability to remember along with motor coordination. 4 Levels with duration, time and sequence of events.
- Sport & Rehabilitation Setting: Choose mode based on user.
- Standard & Junior Setting. Standard uses all lights. Junior deactivates the top lights and side lights, 6 lights are activated.
